Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you want to cancel your order after placing it. Don’t worry, this cancellation policy was made to make everything simpler.

Cancellation Window: 12 Hours

Because of some unexpected situation, sometimes you have to cancel your order after completing the transaction. Don’t worry cause you have 12 hours from the purchasing time to think about it. Please kindly contact us promptly so that we can support you with this problem. And remember to consider carefully before hitting the “Pay” button, my Bad Bunny fellow fans.

How to Cancel

If you still want to cancel your order, simply send an email including your order number and your name to our support team so we can check your order. We’re willing to cancel your order immediately if your request is within our timeframe.

After 12 Hours

After a 12-hour window, maybe your order was processed and prepared to be shipped out. But let’s try to send us an email. We’ll check your order status with the fulfillment team and the carrier to see their decision, then we’ll notify you of the result.

Need to Change Variant?

Sometimes you realize that you can make a mistake after completing your order, maybe the wrong size or color, etc. Don’t worry, our dedicated team is always here to help you. Just email us to let us know your problem, and we will update product information if your package hasn’t been sent out.

Fast Refunds

We know the importance of the fast refund process, therefore we always issue a full refund immediately after your cancellation request is confirmed.
